Travelling by Car
Kirkwall is 16 miles from Stromness, 7 miles from Finstown and 15 miles from St. Margaret’s Hope. The Kirkwall ferry port is actually 2-3 miles from the centre of Kirkwall and is well signposted as Hatston ferry terminal.
Travelling by Bus
The bus Station is located near the centre of Kirkwall. Stagecoach operate services throughout Orkney. NorthLink Ferries operate a bus service to connect with ferries to/from Hatston.

Disabled Facilities
There is disabled access, toilets and a lift. There are wheelchairs available to borrow free of charge (from the ship only).These are only available for use between the Terminal Building and the Ferry.

Open 21.00 - 23.45 7 days a week (Please note that Monday and Tuesday opening is only from 1st April - 31st October.)
