The ferry terminal is only a 5 minute drive from Stornoway centre. The terminal can be reached via A866 or A857 and is well indicated.

There is a bus stop next to Pier and Terminal Building, 50 metres.

There are no services at the terminal. Services are available in the centre at a reasonable walking distance (2 minutes).

There are disabled toilets at the terminal.
Terminal Opening Hours
During the winter, the terminal is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 14:30 and Sunday from 12:00 to 14:30.
During the summer, the terminal is open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 16:00.
